Entry deadline: We will accept entries up until the day of show, however, early entries are requested.
Entry fee: Youth ring $5
Open rings $8 until 5/16/2024, then they are $10
Pen fee: 4x6 pens are $9
Shavings are $10
NO STRAW is allowed at this facility.
May start arriving: 3:00 pm Thursday, May 16, 2024.
Check in: 5:00 pm – 9.00 pm

This show is sanctioned by The American Dairy Goat Association and their rules shall govern. Only American Dairy Goat Association, American Goat Society, and Canadian Goat Society registered, recorded, or applied for animals may be shown in an official American Dairy Goat Association show.
Statement: Sr/Jr will be a combined show
1. The original registration certificate is required for all animals six months of age or older and this must be shown to the show secretary before the start of the show.
2. The original certificate or duplicate application stamped by the ADGA office is required for all animals under six months of age and this must be shown to the show secretary before the start of the show.
3. A registration or recordation certificate may be required for animals of any age if the show so chooses.
4. The base date is May 17, 2024, for the youth show and May 18, 2024, for the open show.
5. No copies of the registration certificate or the stamped duplicate application, telegrams, texts, emails, or phone calls will be accepted in lieu of the original certificate.
6. Health papers are not required. All goats must be inspected upon arrival while unloading and before being penned in the barn. Please check with a show official before unloading. The show chairperson reserves the right to refuse any animal that shows any obvious signs of illness.
7. There will not be a pre-show milk out. Each exhibitor is encouraged not to over udder their animals.
8. All group classes of a breed must be made up of only those animals that have been shown in those individual classes of that breed in this show and must be entered on the official entry form.
9. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to know when your class is showing and to have your animals ready.
10. Judging will begin at 9:00 am. The order will be showmanship, senior does, and junior does.
11. No dogs allowed in the barn.
12. The open show is sanctioned by ADGA for the following breeds: Alpine, LaMancha, Nigerian Dwarf, Nubian, Recorded Grade, and All Other Purebred.
The youth show is sanctioned by ADGA for the following breeds: Nigerian Dwarf, Nubian, Recorded Grade, and All Other Purebred.
13. The show committee reserves the right to change or add to the show rules as needed.
14. The order of the open show, for all sanctions, will be Alpine, followed by LaMancha, Nigerian Dwarf, Nubian, Recorded Grade, and AOP.
The order of the youth show will be AOP, Nigerian Dwarf, Nubian, Recorded Grade.
15. The order of the show is subject to change. The order may be changed, at the discretion of the show chairperson, to expedite the shows.
16. The show committee can not be responsible for the accuracy of information submitted on the entry forms.
17. Any disputes will be presented to the Show Chair. The decision of the Show Chair will be final.

JUNIOR DOES: Does under 24 months of age that are not in milk and have never freshened.
J1 - Jr. kid = April 1st- May 17th/18th 2024
J2 - Int. kid = March 1st-31st, 2024
J3 - Sr. kid = January 1st- February 28th 2024
J4 - Jr. yearling = May 1st, 2023 to December 31, 2023
J5 - Sr. yearling = May 17/18 2022 to April 30,2023

SENIOR DOES: Does that have freshened and are in milk as well as does under 2 years having never freshened.
S1 – under 2 years (in milk)
S2 – 2 years and under 3 years
